Quelqu’un trouve une carte que j’ai perdue.

Cette personne possède une carte sans inscription contenant des données chiffrées. Rien sur la carte ne permet de vous identifier ni d’identifier le coffre-fort.

Je perds mon téléphone.

Installez MI8OS sur un autre téléphone compatible, approchez n’importe quelle carte et saisissez le mot de passe du coffre-fort pour rétablir l’accès.

J’oublie le mot de passe de mon coffre-fort.

Le coffre-fort ne peut être ni réinitialisé ni récupéré. Il n’existe aucune option de réinitialisation, aucun code de récupération ni aucun moyen caché de contourner le mot de passe.

MI8OS disparaît en tant qu’entreprise.

Vos cartes ne dépendent ni d’un compte ni d’un serveur MI8OS pour conserver leurs données.

La carte doit-elle être rechargée ?

Non. Elle ne contient aucune batterie et est alimentée par votre téléphone lorsque vous l’approchez.
