The palette
Restraint as a material.
Security products tend to shout, shields, locks, gradients, glow. It performs seriousness rather than having it.
We went the other way. A single near-black ground, warm off-white text, and hairlines instead of boxes. Nothing is coloured to attract attention; structure comes from spacing and rules that are one pixel wide.
The rose-gold is the exception, kept for the few moments that matter: an active step, a value being revealed, one line on the card itself. Used sparingly, a warm metal reads as considered. Used everywhere, it reads as decoration.
The system
How it is applied.
- Ground
- A single near-black surface across every page. No panels, no cards-as-containers.
- Type
- Warm off-white, large for statements, small and wide-tracked for labels.
- Structure
- Hairlines and space instead of borders and boxes.
- Accent
- Rose-gold for state and emphasis only, never as a background.
- Motion
- Slow, short, and only where it explains something.
Quiet reads as
confident.
