The situation
The set you use twice a year.
The accounts from the country you left are the ones you forget: a bank you touch in December, a pension portal, a landlord's letter you must answer in a language you half-remember.
Rarely-used logins are the most likely to be lost, and the hardest to recover from a distance, the recovery process usually assumes a phone number you no longer have.
Keep the rare set on a card and it stops being a research project. You read it, use it, and put it away.
A shape that works
One card per country.

Notes matter more
For the rare set, write the small detail: which email it is under, which number.
Rare does not mean
unimportant.
