A number is not an understanding.
A score turns a set of judgements into a colour. Green feels like safety, but it only means you satisfied a checklist someone else wrote.
Nudges have the same problem: they train you to clear notifications rather than to think about what you keep and where.
The app shows what is on the card and nothing else. If something needs deciding, you decide it, once, and then you are left alone.
